WINTER PROGRAMME
A fun introduction for those who are new to Para athletics, whilst also developing the skills of those who have had prior experience. This programme runs at the AUT MiIllennium facility in Rosedale. When the weather is nice it’ll be outdoors, when the weather is wet then it’ll be held indoors.
Come together with others from throughout Auckland to improve your skills and challenge yourself with the support of our fantastic coaches!

ABOUT LAST WINTER ATHLETIC RIBBON DAY
After a great winter athletics season, we had 18 participants for our last session in September.
