Wheel Blacks Paralympic Qualifier Tournament - Day One

Day 1: The Journey Begins 🏉
I'm thrilled to kick off our journey with the Wheel Blacks (New Zealand Wheelchair Rugby Team) as we embark on our quest for the Paralympic qualifier tournament in Wellington.
Each day, I'll be sharing the behind-the-scenes moments and stories that define our pursuit of excellence.
Yesterday marked the beginning of our campaign, as we arrived at Wellington Airport filled with anticipation and determination. After a quick transfer to our hotel, we gathered for a hearty lunch, fueling ourselves for the challenges ahead.
Our first stop was the ASB Sports Centre, where we hit the court for a training session from 2pm to 4pm. The energy and focus displayed by our team were inspiring, setting the tone for the days to come.
Returning to our hotel, we took some well-deserved time to relax and recharge before coming together for dinner at 6:30. Following our meal, we delved into video analysis, fine-tuning our strategies and tactics for the upcoming matches.
As the evening drew to a close, we embraced the rest and recovery, with lights out by 9pm, ensuring we're primed to seize the opportunities that lie ahead.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push boundaries and strive for greatness.
